Circa 1905-1918 Lumberjacks SXPC Real Photo Postcard

Circa 1905-1918 SXPC real photo postcard featuring what appears to be two lumberjacks posing in a studio. The Mackinaw coats, striped pants or boots, not sure which is the best piece?

  1. Wow, interesting photo. They look more like a couple of college guys but those are killer jackets. Pants look cotton!? Rubber bottom boots? Love to know what the story on them is....

  2. They do look a little to clean cut to be in the logging industry, but I seriously doubt college kids would play dress up as a lumberjack in that time period. But like you say, the pieces are killer.

  3. What a great picture! I'm writing a middle grade book about an 11 y.o. boy spending a winter in a Michigan logging camp. Would you consider allowing me to use this picture? Thanks so much, Alison

  4. Hello! we are writing a book dedicated to menswear and are looking for images to illustrate it. Is it possible to buy this postcard from you for further use in our book?
